'Private Members Bill - Fireworks'

The Government has been working with enforcement authorities, the fireworks industry and retailers to explore what action can be taken to prevent the misuse of fireworks.

I have expressed my support for the Private Members Bill to Melanie Jones MP at the Department of Trade and Industry, and believe that is quite wrong for fireworks to be used in a manner that causes distress to people or animals.
